Crestview is on the northern outskirts of Whitehorse just 15 min from Downtown, everything beyond Crestview is considered country living. Most homes have great view corridors of the City and the Yukon River valley.

Crestview was built in the ’60s on top of the Yukon River valley. The neighbourhood used to contain a large privately owned RV park campground. The RV park was redeveloped into housing; this is why Crestview has a new area and an older area. A very innovative townhouse development was built at 18 Azure Road with legal basement rental suites. I think these homes make fantastic investments.
Downtown is just a 15 min drive and the neighbouring subdivision, Porter Creek has a grocery store, restaurants and gas stations.
Crestview Park has an outdoor rink and a jungle gym, fun for the entire family. Whitehorse is very proud of its trail system, and there are trails to enjoy, walking, running or mountain biking.
