Porter Creek borders the Alaska Highway but don’t fret the highway noise almost all the residential houses are set back from the thoroughfare. The mix of housing is diverse from smaller bungalows built in the ’60s to Supergreen new houses.As you explore the neighbourhood you may notice that most of the streets are named after trees which is fitting for this beautiful neighbourhood. Some of the lots are so large that they are considered to be the country residential.

Heaven if you love old school dinners. Everything is homemade and homestyle, the burgers are handmade and juicy and I often drive there for a slice of carrot cake it’s incredibly fantastic.
